The F.R.E.E. Method · 16-week program

Food was never the real problem.

You've tried the diets, the rules, the fresh starts every Monday. The F.R.E.E. Method helps you find what's really driving your eating, so you can make peace with food without relying on discipline.

Does one of these sound like you?

01

You're "good" all day, then find yourself in the pantry at night, eating things you promised you wouldn't.

02

You've lost the weight before, more than once. You've pieced together rules from so many diets that you feel lost every time you eat.

03

You want to eat less, but most meals end with you eating more than you meant to, then feeling guilty.

04

You know exactly what to do. You follow the plan perfectly for weeks, until one day you don't. Weeks later you're back, promising to try harder. But you already have the knowledge, and discipline was never the issue.

You don't need more discipline. You need to understand what your food chatter is really telling you.
Rachael Schulze, RD, LDN

This isn't a discipline problem.

If discipline were the answer, the last diet would have worked. Your eating isn't a character flaw. It's a signal. Something underneath — stress, old patterns, your body's chemistry, what you learned about food growing up — is asking for attention.

When we address the root, the food chatter quiets on its own.

Meet the F.R.E.E. Method

A different approach for women who are done dieting.

F

Find the Root

We uncover what's really driving your eating, from stress and emotions to blood sugar, hormones, and patterns passed down in your family.

R

Rebuild Trust

You learn to hear your body's signals again and believe them, without rules or tracking.

E

Embrace Connection

Food stops being your only source of comfort as you build real support around you and within you.

E

Embody Enough

You come home to a body and a relationship with food that feels calm, steady, and yours.

Why this works when nothing else has

Most women try to solve this in pieces: a dietitian for the food, a therapist for the feelings, an intuitive eating book for the rest. The pieces never quite connect.

One guide and one plan, in the right order.

Functional lab testing

Food sensitivities, blood sugar and insulin, and cortisol, so we see what your body is actually doing.

Root-cause emotional work

Including the generational patterns you may be carrying.

Intuitive eating

So you can trust yourself with food for good.

Your 16-week journey

Weeks 1–2

Reveal

We start with your labs and a baseline assessment, so we know exactly where you are.

Weeks 3–6

With The Root Map™, you'll trace your eating back to its real sources.

Weeks 7–10

Rebuild

The Nourished Plate and The Weekly Signal Check™ help you eat in a way that steadies your body and quiets the chatter.

Weeks 11–13

Reconnect

The Pause & Choose Guide™ gives you a new response in the moments that used to end in eating.

Weeks 14–16

Embody

With The Enough Anchor™ and The Freedom Tracker™, you'll lock in the change, retake your assessment, and see how far you've come.

Meet Rachael

I've been where you are.

Before I became a dietitian, I struggled with food myself, from restriction to bingeing and back again. I knew the rules better than anyone, and it still wasn't enough. What finally set me free wasn't more discipline. It was understanding what my body and my emotions were really asking for.

Now, as a Registered Dietitian (RD, LDN) with 8 years in private practice and 300+ client transformations, I've built the program I wish I'd had: the F.R.E.E. Method.

Rachael Schulze, Anti-Diet & Emotional Eating Coach

Real women, real freedom

“I couldn’t be happier with my choice to see Rachael. I have dieted my whole life and now have the tools and knowledge to let all that go and trust my body. She has SO MUCH knowledge and I learned so much each session. Don’t hesitate to get started. She is WONDERFUL.”
Gina, age 46
“I cannot thank Rachael enough for how much she has helped me change my life and my relationship with food. I found recovery from my eating disorder. From the very first session I have found myself empowered with food after years of feeling like I was absolutely powerless. She was able to help me heal, discover what foods work best for me, my relationship with my body and the deeply embedded ideals & diet culture that I had no idea were so ingrained in me. I love the freedom I have found and how I treat myself with love & respect now!”
Kate, age 40
“Rachael changed my life. I used to feel resentful and ashamed of my body, spending so much time obsessing over what I was eating and how my body looked. Rachael helped me become confident about my food choices and take the pressure off how I feel about the way my body looks. I feel so much healthier and happier. Her compassion and kindness made for the most welcoming, non-judgmental environment, and I looked forward to every appointment.”
Sophia, age 34

Every client takes the same assessment at the beginning and end of the program, so you'll see your progress in black and white, not just feel it.

Questions you might have

Is this a diet?

No. There's no meal plan to follow and no food is off-limits. We focus on what's driving your eating, not on rules.

I've tried everything. Why would this be different?

Because most of what you've tried focused on food. This program looks at your body chemistry, your emotions, and your patterns together, all at once.

Do I need to be bingeing to join?

Not at all. If you feel stuck in a cycle with food, whether that's restriction, overeating, or yo-yo dieting, this is for you.

Can I do this program while on a GLP-1 medication?

Yes. Whether you plan to stay on your GLP-1 or come off it eventually, this program helps you build a relationship with food that holds up either way. A GLP-1 can help with the biological side of appetite, but it doesn't address the emotional patterns, the mental food chatter, or underlying issues like food sensitivities. We treat it as one piece of the puzzle, and the F.R.E.E. Method works on the rest.

How much time does it take each week?

Less than you might think. Each week includes under an hour of short learning modules and a 1-hour group coaching call. Once a month, we also meet for a 40-minute call. Beyond that, there's no homework to "keep up with." The real work happens as you go about your life, gently practicing what you're learning at meals and in the moments that used to trip you up.

How much does it cost?

Every client's needs are a little different, so we go over investment and options on your free discovery call.

You don't need more discipline. You need a different path.

If you're ready to stop fighting food and start understanding it, let's talk. The discovery call is free, relaxed, and all about you.
